The "Hybrid Silica Series" is a groundbreaking suspension-type permanent grout developed as a result of long-term durability research on liquid injection conducted through industry-academia collaboration since 1981, excelling in strength and durability. Over 30 years of permanent performance verification studies and large-scale field injection tests combined with injection methods have been conducted to demonstrate permeability and long-term solidification properties, and the results were recognized, receiving the Technical Development Award from the Japanese Geotechnical Society in 2002 for "Permanent Grout and Injection Technology" (Yonekura, Shimada). This brought a qualitative shift to the field of liquid injection methods, which had primarily focused on temporary construction, expanding its application to permanent construction purposes.
