Cavity backfill injection method using highly plastic grout with excellent limited injectability.
The SR method is a construction technique that involves injecting filling material into the voids behind the lining of existing tunnels and the backs of concrete structures, thereby integrating the ground and the structure. It excels in limited injectability that meets the required quality for the filling material in the back voids. 【Construction Procedure】 Air mortar is prepared by mixing a mortar made of a specified amount of cement, filling material, and water with foam generated by a foaming machine. This air mortar and the plasticizing agent "SRP-L" are each pumped and injected into the void while being mixed together at the injection point.

basic information
- It has plasticity and is suitable for limited injection. - It is less likely to deviate into small cracks in the ground or concrete, allowing for efficient injection. - It has high resistance to material separation in water, resulting in uniform and stable strength. - It is inorganic, making it environmentally friendly. - Being an air mortar, it is lightweight.
