Adhesives for wrapping wood materials such as MDF, PB, plywood that can be used indoors and outdoors (exterior), as well as PVC, aluminum, and PET, PE, and PP films.

We introduce a series of adhesives designed for bonding sheets of PET, PE, and PP to wood-based materials used in residential sashes, furniture, and interior finishes, as well as aluminum profiles for sash exteriors, at high-speed lines for 3D-shaped profiles. These adhesives not only exhibit rapid initial adhesion but also possess environmental resistance suitable for outdoor use, making them the most supported reactive PUR (polyurethane-based) hot melt adhesives in the solvent-free trend.

High transparency urethane-based adhesive

It has achieved high transparency, excellent weather resistance, and the ability to bond polycarbonate and aluminum honeycomb core, which were previously considered difficult to adhere.

The Klyberit high transparency adhesive series, which features excellent adhesion to difficult plastic materials and is made from a grade with outstanding weather resistance, includes, for example, the two-component PUR adhesive "VP9446/10," which enables composite bonding of polycarbonate and aluminum honeycomb core that was previously impossible. Additionally, the reactive hot melt "VP9484/10" can accommodate combinations of PET film and PC that require transparency. Customers can choose from reactive hot melts to two-component reactive types tailored to their equipment and production methods. The Klyberit high transparency adhesive series, which is highly transparent, has minimal discoloration, and can bond with many materials, will assist customers in developing new products.

We introduce a reactive PUR (hot) warm melt adhesive that can be applied at a low melting temperature of around 80°C and has a heat resistance strength of 150°C.

The reactive warm melt of cryobrite, which remains stable at a melting temperature of 80°C with a heat resistance of 150°C due to cross-linking reactions after adhesion, offers a wide variety of low to high viscosity options. It also allows for the selection of initial cohesion (green strength) through cooling and solidification, enabling tailored choices according to production methods.

Difficult-to-bond surface-treated steel plate adhesive, 2-component heat-activated polyurethane adhesive 543.8

An adhesive that excels in adhesion to difficult-to-bond materials such as ZAM steel sheets, Bonde steel sheets, and zinc-coated steel sheets, and cures in just a few minutes despite a long open time.

It is a polyurethane adhesive with excellent adhesion properties for difficult-to-bond materials such as Bonde steel plates, ZAM steel plates, and hot-dip galvanized steel plates. Improvements have been made to promote heat to accommodate fast production line configurations, allowing it to have a long open time while also possessing rapid curing properties that cure in just 5 minutes at a heating curing temperature of 75°C.

PUR-HM with reduced isocyanate monomer content, considering the working environment.

This is an environmentally friendly reactive PUR hot melt adhesive (PUR-HM) that has significantly reduced the content of isocyanate (MDI) registered under GHS code H351 (suspected of causing cancer) in Europe. It is solvent-free and possesses initial strength similar to that of hot melts, while subsequently curing firmly through moisture crosslinking reactions. On August 3, 2020, the European Commission announced the addition of diisocyanates (abbreviated as MDI) to the list of restricted substances (REACH Entry 74). As a result, starting from August 24, 2023, in Europe, it will be necessary to comply with REACH regulations when using adhesives with an MDI concentration of 0.1% or more, or to use adhesives with an MDI concentration of less than 0.1%.
