A high-temperature hot melt with a lower melting temperature than typical hot melts, adhesive strength comparable to or greater than that of conventional adhesives, and no issues of re-melting due to heat after curing.
Our reactive PUR hot melt adhesive has achieved top-class performance in Europe due to our successful development ahead of other companies. The characteristics of this reactive PUR hot melt adhesive are as follows: - Low melting temperature (80-120°C) - Cured material with high heat resistance that does not remelt upon heating - High adhesive strength comparable to or exceeding that of two-component reactive adhesives As a pioneer in reactive PUR hot melt adhesives, we offer a diverse product series that allows for selection based on our customers' desired line speed, bonding methods, and equipment conditions.

basic information
Our reactive PUR hot melt adhesive has advantages over hot melts, which are generally composed of PA or PO, in the following aspects: - Low melting temperature (80-120°C) - Cured material properties that do not re-melt due to heat (high heat resistance) - High adhesive strength comparable to or greater than that of two-component reactive adhesives Specific benefits brought by the above advantages: - Low-temperature application minimizes thermal damage to substrates - It does not re-melt after curing, providing heat resistance and heat cycle resistance for outdoor use - With adhesive strength equal to or greater than that of two-component reactive adhesives, it reduces material costs due to decreased bonding area, improves adhesive reliability, and simplifies workability compared to two-component reactive adhesives, completely eliminating issues such as measurement errors and mixing failures by workers - Due to its high adhesive strength, it allows for reduced usage, which can enable higher line speeds when applied with a roll coater, contributing to increased productivity Additionally, when using two-component reactive adhesives applied with a roll coater, using this product drastically shortens the curing time before proceeding to the next process.
