We introduce a series of adhesives designed for bonding sheets of PET, PE, and PP to wood-based materials used in residential sashes, furniture, and interior finishes, as well as aluminum profiles for sash exteriors, at high-speed lines for 3D-shaped profiles. These adhesives not only exhibit rapid initial adhesion but also possess environmental resistance suitable for outdoor use, making them the most supported reactive PUR (polyurethane-based) hot melt adhesives in the solvent-free trend.

Thermoplastic-based hot melts primarily rely on physical bonding, and the limitations of adhesive strength and heat resistance due to the main raw material being thermoplastic resin have restricted their application range. However, our reactive PUR hot melt, despite having a lower melting temperature compared to thermoplastic-based hot melts, possesses initial adhesion similar to hot melts while simultaneously undergoing curing reactions with moisture in the atmosphere. Ultimately, it demonstrates adhesive strength, heat resistance, and environmental resistance as a thermosetting resin-based adhesive, making it practical as an adhesive suitable for high-speed production lines at speeds of 60m/min.
