[Case Study] China Essential Oil Co., Ltd. Mizushima Plant <Storage Efficiency>

The challenge is to improve the efficiency of "storage"! Achieving maximum results under the constraints of fire safety regulations.

We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at a Chinese essential oil company engaged in the distillation and refining of chemicals. The company was unable to store products and raw materials solely in its own factory warehouse and was also utilizing external warehouses. However, the application process to the fire department and the lack of coordination between the company and the external warehouses hindered their ability to maximize production. To address this, they decided to build a new warehouse within their factory to "improve storage efficiency." By constructing two separate buildings, they reduced the multiples of the designated quantities, achieving increased storage while keeping costs down. [Case Overview] ■ Issue: Storage efficiency ■ Solution: Separate construction of two buildings / Outdoor loading area installation ■ Industry: Manufacturing ■ Warehouse Type: Hazardous materials warehouse ■ Stored Items: Petroleum products and raw materials *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce a case study of Tanabe Shoji Co., Ltd., a long-established general trading company that handles essential products for daily life and business, including food for home and commercial use.
