We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at Tochimoto Tenkaido, which was advancing plans for the construction of a temperature-controlled warehouse for raw materials used in traditional Chinese medicine. Upon reviewing the design proposal from the architectural firm, I felt that as it stood, there were challenges regarding future maintenance and compliance with GMP standards concerning the management of pharmaceutical raw materials, indicating a need for improvements to create a "usable building."
