We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at Banmi Holdings Co., Ltd., which handles over 5,000 products as a connecting pipe between manufacturers and restaurants. Through repeated logistics analysis and interviews, we identified areas for improvement in the business flow, determined optimal placement of racks and products through ABC analysis, and understood the products we want to develop in the future, allowing us to decide on appropriate storage quantities.
