Entrance approach and smart home integration in a gray color scheme through exterior construction [Case Study]
Create a sense of unity and keep it simple! Introducing examples of reduced sunlight reflection during summer.
We would like to introduce a case where a client requested to use our permeable concrete "SumaCon" for exterior construction by a house manufacturer. The exterior features stairs primarily in gray, finished with our product and a simple joint design. Additionally, during the snowmelt and rainy season, the product helps absorb water, making the entrance approach less slippery. In summer, it reflects less sunlight, resulting in temperatures that are 5°C lower than regular asphalt, and when water is applied, it can be reduced by an additional 15°C. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Detached House ■ Product Used: Permeable Concrete "SumaCon" ■ Effect: Reduced slipperiness and 5°C cooler than regular asphalt *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
