Long-length steel pipe injection mirror bolt "F-S Bolt"

Construction is possible with a hydraulic excavator for tunnels! We have a track record of approximately 40 meters as ultra-long mirror reinforcement.

The "F-S Bolt" is a long steel pipe injection mirror bolt that can be constructed at a low cost compared to non-steel materials. Since the steel pipe has slits, it can be easily cut and removed as the face advances, allowing for construction with a hydraulic tunnel boring machine. It has a high shear strength compared to other materials, providing tensile resistance against face collapse, as well as expected shear resistance. 【Features】 ■ Can be constructed at a low cost compared to non-steel materials ■ The slits in the steel pipe make cutting and removal easy as the face progresses ■ Being made of steel, it allows for easy separation from spoil during cutting and removal ■ Injection of polyurethane and cement-based materials is possible, and it can also be used as a drainage hole ■ By adjusting the presence of slits, it can also be constructed as a small-diameter long-length advance support *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

P column anchor bolt

The shape is plain but useful! Anchor bolts for fixation that can achieve a fixation length of 20d or less.

The "P Column Anchor Bolt" is a fixing anchor bolt used to attach secondary members such as intermediate columns (P columns) and wind-resistant beams to the structural framework. Due to its straight and short shape, it can be easily inserted even in small gaps, allowing for a reduction in construction time. 【Features】 ■ Reduced construction time ■ Lighter bolt weight ■ Straight shape with single thread ■ Fixing length of 20d or less is possible (minimum required fixing length = 8d) ■ SASST Technology Evaluation No. 15-02 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Structural Anchor Bolt ABR/ABM JIS B1220

Structural double-thread anchor bolt set JIS B1220 ABM/ABR

The most widely used structural anchor bolts for exposed column bases in architectural structures are JIS standard products (rolled thread anchor bolts ABR and cut thread anchor bolts ABM) that ensure sufficient plastic deformation capacity to guarantee that the shaft yields before the threaded part yields.

Bridge Acrylic Coating U-Bolt

Developed cross-linked acrylic coating support brackets with superior heat resistance temperature of 90°C (momentarily 95°C) compared to soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coated support brackets.

Traditionally, the heat resistance temperature of commonly used soft PVC-coated U-bolts is up to 60°C. This is because the heat resistance temperature of soft PVC itself is considered to be around 60°C. However, with recent changes in hot water systems (the spread of eco-cute and cogeneration systems), fluid temperatures have been increasing. Additionally, stainless steel thin-walled pipes (Morko pipes, SU pipes) are used in the piping, so support brackets must use products with insulated coatings to prevent electrolysis. Therefore, our company has developed a cross-linked AC-coated U-bolt that can withstand high temperatures. The heat resistance temperature of this product is 90°C at room temperature and 95°C for short periods, making it suitable for piping with hot water.

Press machine equipment crack repair record Crown Slide Upright damage

Non-welding metal crack repair! We will repair cracks without any thermal impact. This is a collection of repair achievements related to press equipment.

The "MS Method (Mechanical Stitch)" is a groundbreaking repair technique (Mechanical Stitch Method) that addresses metal cracks using mechanical methods. Since no heat is applied at all, there is no "thermal distortion." Residual stress in other areas does not occur, preventing secondary damage such as new cracks. Metal cracks are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance operations. In general welding repair methods, the base material around the crack changes due to heat, leading to residual stress and distortion, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage." 【Features】 ■ No hardening or residual stress due to heat ■ Elimination of secondary damage ■ Maintenance of stable quality → Integrated system repairs with jigs, etc. → Accumulation of know-how, experience, and achievements ■ Completion of construction in a short period → No significant reduction in equipment operating rates ■ Advantages in safety and environmental aspects → No use of fire, so there is no impact on the operating rates of other equipment or the environment For more details, please contact us.
