The logarithmic periodic antenna, known as LPDA, is a broadband directional antenna that provides combined gain and directivity over a wide range of frequencies. The main difference between these antennas is that the logarithmic periodic antenna supports a wider frequency bandwidth and is physically much larger than the Yagi antenna.
