By sending equipment status and alert notifications via PLC to the smartwatches worn by operators, we can efficiently carry out quick responses to malfunctions, changeovers, and replenishment of raw materials and parts, thereby improving productivity and quality. Furthermore, by utilizing BI tools, it becomes possible to gain a more detailed understanding and analysis of operational status and centralized management.
