The IOW group's patented centrifugal oil separator is equipped with a sludge monitoring system (separator control unit) as standard, and features a unique bowl disk technology that was previously found in conventional large centrifugal separators. The remote monitoring system is designed to monitor the performance of the centrifugal oil separator. During normal operation, it continuously displays the current operating speed of the centrifugal oil separator and monitors the operating hours. Conventional centrifugal separators are cleaned at set intervals, and the internal condition remains unknown. Without a monitoring system... how can we confirm that the centrifugal separator is operating optimally between the set intervals? What happens when the unit is full and can no longer filter oil?
