At SIL, we are building a system to visualize the operational status of equipment. By receiving set alerts directly, we reduce time loss!

We propose a "Smart Monitoring System" that allows for the visualization of equipment status at hand, enabling rapid response. By sending equipment status and alert notifications via PLC to the smartwatches worn by operators, we can efficiently carry out quick responses to malfunctions, changeovers, and replenishment of raw materials and parts, thereby improving productivity and quality. Furthermore, by utilizing BI tools, it becomes possible to gain a more detailed understanding and analysis of operational status and centralized management. [Features] - Operators can grasp (visualize) the operational status of equipment in real-time at hand, facilitating quicker responses during abnormalities. - Operators are freed from communication methods using audio (broadcast) during equipment anomalies, which serves as a noise reduction measure for nearby residences. - By setting more detailed notifications for equipment status, it becomes possible to quickly understand the conditions on-site. - It is possible to select the operators to notify based on the state of equipment anomalies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
