Challenges of traditional sales support systems
The use on-site is not progressing, making data analysis impossible. As a result, it tends to fall into a vicious cycle where the effects cannot be felt.
I would like to introduce the challenges of the "Sales Support System." Each time sales activities occur, detailed manual input is required, which takes away time that should be dedicated to actual sales activities. Additionally, the burden of daily report creation and activity recording is high, leading to operational strain. Moreover, simply "inputting data" does not lead to improved efficiency or results for the sales representatives themselves, which can decrease their willingness to use the system. There is also a lack of visibility into the value that lies beyond the input, which can lower motivation. [Challenges] ■ The burden of manual input is significant ■ On-site benefits are not felt ■ Inadequate data prevents analysis and improvement *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
