Construction case study of auxiliary steel structures (grape trellis steel)

The drawings are created using Tekla Structures! We will introduce a case study of designing and manufacturing a grape trellis steel frame.

We would like to introduce a case where our company designed and manufactured the "MM21 MICE Grape Arbor Steel Frame" and delivered it to Takenaka Corporation. The materials used are Chinese GB materials, and we conducted component and strength tests to confirm there were no issues. Additionally, the drawings were created using "Tekla Structures," and transportation was carried out by container. Our company designs various plants, machinery, and equipment. Zero Energy Wooden Office

A wooden zero-energy office aimed to be the standard for medium and small regional offices in 2030.

We propose a "Zero Energy Wooden Office" using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber). The construction method using CLT as a structural material excels in seismic resistance, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and durability. Additionally, domestic cedar is used for the CLT, contributing to the effective utilization of Japan's forest resources and the realization of a circular economy. Furthermore, by enhancing the building's thermal insulation through external insulation and high-performance fixtures, and implementing a high-efficiency ventilation system, we aim to achieve energy-saving architecture. 3D Geocell Method Geoweb (Geoweb) [*Construction case studies available*]

The three-dimensional honeycomb structure is effective for slope protection, retaining walls, riverbank protection, and improving subgrade support! It is currently being used in an expanding range of applications as a construction method with low environmental impact!

This is a geocell product made of high-density polyethylene sheets with excellent durability, which are pressure-bonded in a staggered pattern using high-frequency technology, resulting in a three-dimensional honeycomb structure when expanded. By filling the cells with materials such as excavated soil or crushed stone, a strong structure is formed.
