We propose a "Zero Energy Wooden Office" using CLT (Cross Laminated Timber). The construction method using CLT as a structural material excels in seismic resistance, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and durability. Additionally, domestic cedar is used for the CLT, contributing to the effective utilization of Japan's forest resources and the realization of a circular economy. Furthermore, by enhancing the building's thermal insulation through external insulation and high-performance fixtures, and implementing a high-efficiency ventilation system, we aim to achieve energy-saving architecture.
