八戸工業高等専門学校および弘前大学と共同で『保護熱源式温度センサ』を開発しました。センサを能動的に機能させることにより熱物性(熱伝導率)の測定が可能になった常識を変える新しいセンサです。 本センサは、SEMITEC独自の温度に俊敏に反応する薄膜サーミスタ(FTシリーズ)を複数個使用した専用デバイスと、独自の制御システムから構成されるセンサです。 ごく微小な温度変化を超高速かつ非常に精密に計測することで実現した被測定物の熱伝導率を計測することが出来ます。 この熱伝導率を計測できる特徴を生かし、皮膚がんなど、患部を切除することなく非侵襲でがんのステージ診断する機器への応用が期待できます。

This is an 8-bit output type address sensor (spot mark reader) that identifies the position of an unmanned transport vehicle. It detects address magnets with arbitrary information (0 to 255) written on them and performs vehicle control (branching, stopping, accelerating, decelerating, etc.) based on the current location information. Linear Displacement Sensor (Sleeve Sensor): Makome Laboratory

Outputs relative position with DC voltage, robust and highly durable absolute type, custom shape for detecting suspension stroke in racing bikes.

The detection body consists of two components: the "sleeve" and the "probe" of the detection part. A high-frequency magnetic field is generated on the probe side, creating electromagnetic induction coupling between the sleeve and the probe. When the sleeve displaces relative to the probe, changes occur in the electromagnetic induction coupling, which are converted into voltage and output (the relative position of the sleeve and probe is output as a displacement amount in the range of 1-5V).
