"TPX (polymethylpentene)" is a resin that excels in transparency, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. As a mandrel, it has a low surface tension of 24 dyne/cm, which contributes to excellent moldability and contamination resistance. Additionally, it possesses distinctive thermal properties, demonstrating outstanding heat aging resistance and steam (boiling water) resistance. Leveraging these characteristics, it enables a reduction in the rubber vulcanization process time and processing costs during the manufacturing of rubber hoses. Its low water absorption rate also ensures good dimensional accuracy of the mandrel, allowing for excellent inner diameter precision in rubber hoses. Moreover, in recent years, it has gained attention as a mandrel for carbon products such as C-FRP, utilizing the aforementioned properties. While voids often occur with conventional equipment, our company has made it possible to minimize void formation using specialized production equipment. "HP Flock" is a revolutionary extruded product that enables the electrostatic flocking process, which has been used in automotive weather strips and other applications, through a special processing method, allowing for cost reduction and improved environmental performance. Electrostatic flocking involves applying adhesive to the product and using static electricity to insert fibers into the product's surface, making it a labor-intensive process that can dirty the work environment and lead to increased costs due to secondary processing. Thanks to its unique processing method, this product eliminates the need for drying operations like those required in electrostatic flocking, enabling cost savings. Additionally, by not using large amounts of solvents such as primers or adhesives during manufacturing and reducing drying processes, it can decrease CO2 emissions, allowing for the creation of products with lower environmental impact. The standard flock is made of nylon with a density of 3.3 dtex and a pile length of 0.5 mm, but it is also possible to change the density, pile length, and material to polyester, among other options. LM-ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) resin is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer that possesses characteristics not found in conventional ETFE, such as low melting point and transparency. It has higher heat resistance than ETFE and can be used over a wide temperature range from -200 to 180°C. Additionally, compared to conventional ETFE, it excels in flexibility and mechanical strength, has high transparency from the visible to ultraviolet range, and features high surface smoothness, low wear, non-stick properties, and water and oil repellency, further enhancing its surface characteristics and reducing fluid resistance. "Polybutadiene tube" is a lightweight, rubber-like tube that has non-slip properties. It has good gas permeability and transparency, and is an excellent flexible product. Due to its crystalline resin, it can reduce the adhesion of infusions to the inside of the tube compared to PVC tubes when used for infusion. Additionally, because it does not contain plasticizers, it is suitable for use in products for infants and pregnant women, and it is appropriate for medical use as it does not absorb APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients).
