Rotational two-color molding

Reducing the number of parts and assembly labor! Introduction of a molding method using two molds with different cavities.

"Rotational Two-Color Molding" is a molding method that uses two molds with different cavities to perform the following steps in one cycle: (1) Primary side molding, (2) 180° rotation of the movable mold, (3) Secondary side molding, (4) 180° rotation of the movable mold... This process is repeated in one cycle. It reduces the number of parts and assembly work, and features improvements in functionality due to the use of two types of materials, as well as enhanced design appeal. 【Features】 ■ Reduction in the number of parts and assembly work ■ Improvement in functionality through the use of two types of materials (sealing properties, mechanical characteristics, etc.) ■ Enhanced design appeal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

DSI molding

Improved design! Mold costs can be reduced, and the number of parts and assembly labor can be minimized.

"DSI molding" is a new molding technology for injection molding hollow bodies and laminated structures. Using a mold with two types of cavities, (1) Form the primary side ⇒ (2) Slide the die from the fixed primary cavity to the secondary cavity ⇒ (3) Form and remove the secondary side ⇒ (4) Slide the die from the fixed secondary cavity back to the primary cavity These steps are repeated in one cycle. Compared to rotational two-color molding, this method requires only one surface for the mold, reducing mold costs and minimizing the number of parts and assembly labor. 【Features】 ■ Mold costs are reduced as only one surface is needed compared to rotational two-color molding ■ Reduction in the number of parts and assembly labor ■ Improved functionality through the use of two types of materials (sealing properties, mechanical characteristics, etc.) ■ Enhanced design appeal (combination of different colored materials) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In-mold assembly molding

Reduce the number of parts and assembly man-hours! It is possible to add mobility to the two-material assembly section.

"In-mold assembly molding" is a molding technology that performs both molding and assembly within the mold for products that typically require assembly after molding. Integrated molded products that allow for louver drive or hinge drive are obtained in an assembled state after being removed from the mold. Additionally, due to the special mold structure, it is possible to provide mobility to the two-material assembly parts. 【Features】 ■ Molding and assembly are performed within the mold ■ Reduction in the number of parts and assembly labor ■ Special mold structure allows for mobility in the two-material assembly parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Sandwich molding

Cost reduction through effective use of recycled materials! Multi-material molding is possible in a single clamping operation.

"Sandwich molding" is a molding technology that uses a dedicated molding machine to simultaneously inject different materials, allowing for the creation of a structure with a skin layer and a core layer. It can be molded using a single mold designed for conventional single-color injection molding, enabling multi-material layered molding within a single clamping operation. Additionally, the functionality is enhanced through multi-color and multi-layering, such as surface modification effects using functional resins in the skin layer and shrinkage prevention effects for thick products. 【Features】 ■ Can be molded using a single mold designed for conventional single-color injection molding ■ Enables multi-material layered molding within a single clamping operation ■ Enhanced functionality through multi-color and multi-layering - Surface modification effects using functional resins in the skin layer - Shrinkage prevention effects for thick products ■ Cost reduction through effective use of recycled materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rubber molding

We can provide products using various molding methods according to our customers' needs!

Our company can provide a variety of molded products, including industrial rubber molded products, general molded products, and insert molded products, tailored to meet customer needs through various molding methods. We accommodate molding techniques such as "direct pressure molding," "direct pressure injection molding," and "injection molding." Additionally, we can develop customer-grade materials according to the application of the products. 【Features】 ■ Direct Pressure Molding - A common molding method where the product is removed from the mold after curing. ■ Direct Pressure Injection Molding - Used for complex product shapes that are difficult to prepare with direct pressure molding. ■ Injection Molding - Raw materials are heated and made fluid in a cylinder, then injected into the mold cavity and cured. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
