MIM (Metal Injection Molding) method
We can accommodate a wide range from 10 pieces to tens of thousands! We have our own mold factory with a monthly capacity of 70 types!
The "Metal Injection Molding" method is a processing technique that creates metal parts in the desired shape by mixing powdered metal with a binder and injecting it into a mold. With a density of over 95% and pores that take on a round, independent shape, it exhibits excellent mechanical strength. The binder debinding process is conducted at high speed to minimize the alteration and deformation of the metal powder, allowing for debinding and sintering under various conditions such as vacuum, reducing atmosphere, inert atmosphere, and high-pressure atmosphere, tailored to the specific requirements of each metal. 【Features】 ■ Small lot products of 3000 pieces or less are handled with low-cost, dedicated molds for small lots. ■ Broad compatibility beyond standard metal injection materials. ■ All processes, including precision machining, heat treatment, and plating, are carried out in-house. ■ Quick response to low-cost, short delivery times, and design changes or corrections. ■ The process is developed internally by our own team. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
