"DSI molding" is a new molding technology for injection molding hollow bodies and laminated structures. Using a mold with two types of cavities, (1) Form the primary side ⇒ (2) Slide the die from the fixed primary cavity to the secondary cavity ⇒ (3) Form and remove the secondary side ⇒ (4) Slide the die from the fixed secondary cavity back to the primary cavity These steps are repeated in one cycle.
