Usage Instructions - Plug the device into the power supply (200V, single phase). - Once the testing machine has warmed up, open the outer cover and then remove the inner cover by turning it to the left. - Pull the chain to extract the piston and place the crushed dedicated wax into the cylinder of the mold testing machine. - Use the built-in heater to melt the wax, waiting about 30 minutes until it becomes liquid. For thicker products, it is advisable to heat the mold to 25-30 degrees Celsius before testing. - During this time, prepare and secure the mold to be tested. - Once the wax has melted, position the nozzle against the mold and inject it using air pressure to form the shape. The injection of wax takes about 10 seconds; for thicker items, extend the time a bit longer until the cavity is completely filled with wax.
