[Production Example] Stiffener

We will introduce a case where we can accommodate similar products of varying lengths, resulting in a significant improvement in material yield!

We would like to introduce a case where our company manufactured "stiffeners" for truck bed pillar components. The customer's blanking process involved total punching with an NC turret punch, which resulted in poor material yield, high processing costs, and long lead times. In response, we designed and developed a mold that uses the material width of the coil as the product width, allowing for changes in the feed amount to adjust the product length. As a result, we were able to accommodate all similar products with varying lengths, significantly improving material yield, reducing processing costs, and enabling shorter delivery times. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Issues - The blanking process involves total punching with an NC turret punch, leading to poor material yield, high processing costs, and long lead times. - There are multiple similar products in the product lineup that only differ in length. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reverse mold

The gate setting position is optional! A mold structure designed to satisfy client requests.

The design philosophy of laptops has gradually changed to be thinner, lighter, and stronger since the early 1990s. The thickness of molded products has also been continuously reduced, and strength has improved due to advancements in the research and development of molding materials. On the other hand, regarding the appearance of products, there were restrictions on gate placement from the appearance side and thin walls, which inevitably required multi-point gating for filling. The mold structure devised to satisfy client requests is called the "Reverse Mold." The devised "Reverse Mold" allows for pin gate settings at any location from the back of the product and has a structure that protrudes from the fixed side. [Features] - The gate setting position is arbitrary - Can fill thin-walled molded products - Measured average wall thickness t=1.0 (A4 size) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Super High Temperature High Pressure Mold 'SL-400H'

Patent obtained! For sintering molds and spacers using SPS discharge technology!

The "SL-400H" is a high-performance ultra-high temperature and high-pressure mold with a bending strength of 400 MPa (8 times that of Gr) and a melting point of 2900°C (equivalent to Gr). To ensure the electrical conduction path between the die and punch and to prevent reactions between the punch and the sintered body, the use of materials such as graphite sheets is recommended depending on the material system. However, it is carbon-free and reduces the contamination of carbon impurities. Additionally, there are expectations for future applications in HIP sintering molds, glass lens molding molds, cutting tools, nozzles, wire discharge electrodes, and deposition target materials. 【Available Products】 ■ Finished or semi-finished cylindrical shapes ■ Maximum dimensions: φ90×t60mm ■ If you require other dimensions or shapes, please feel free to contact us. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to inquire.
