The thickness of molded products has also been continuously reduced, and strength has improved due to advancements in the research and development of molding materials. On the other hand, regarding the appearance of products, there were restrictions on gate placement from the appearance side and thin walls, which inevitably required multi-point gating for filling. The mold structure devised to satisfy client requests is called the "Reverse Mold." The devised "Reverse Mold" allows for pin gate settings at any location from the back of the product and has a structure that protrudes from the fixed side.
