[Consultation Case for Metal 3D Printing] Mold Production: Lightweight Foam Material

We will introduce examples of materials with suitable thickness considering thermal conductivity and strength.

We would like to introduce a case study from a company aiming to apply ultra-lightweight materials in space and aviation. To expand applications, a technology for shaping materials into free forms is necessary, with requests such as "I want to create molds in a short time and at low cost" and "I would like to consult about molds with special shapes." By proposing materials that consider thermal conductivity and suitable thinness for strength, we were able to complete prototype molds that matched the desired shape, cost, and delivery time. 【Case Overview (Partial)】 ■Challenges - A technology for shaping materials into free forms is necessary to expand applications. ■Requests - I want to create molds in a short time and at low cost. - I would like to consult about molds with special shapes. - I want to create ultra-lightweight structural materials in various shapes. *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related links. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us.

[Forming Example] Metal Separator/Gear for Fuel Cells, Double Taper Shear Processing

Achieving high flatness! It is also expected to become an alternative technology to fine blanking.

We would like to introduce a molding case using the direct drive digital servo press "ZENFormer (Double Slide)." The high-precision protrusion molding of metal separators begins with the parallel control of the outer slide, uniformly constraining the large area of thin sheet across the entire surface. By applying concentrated pressure in the center of the inner slide, we achieve high precision in protruding the central flow path, resulting in high flatness across the entire flow path. Additionally, by performing shearing from both the upper and lower sides, we mold a good surface without burrs on the processed surface. 【Features of ZENFormer (Double Slide)】 <Metal Separator for Fuel Cells> ■ Uniformly constrains large areas of thin sheets through parallel control of the outer slide ■ Achieves high flatness across the entire flow path by precisely protruding the central flow path with concentrated pressure from the inner slide *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of PEEK Coating] Bread Mold

Introducing a case that has been evaluated as "Innovation is happening in the baking industry!"

We would like to introduce a case where our 'PEEK coating' was adopted for bread loaf molds. In bread loaf molds, the durability of the mold coating (silicone, fluorine) was short, requiring frequent recoating, and there were issues with the release properties from the bread. With the adoption of the coating, there was no peeling, and both the release properties and coating durability improved, leading to an increase in bread yield. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - The durability of the mold coating was short, requiring frequent recoating. ■ Results - No coating peeling, and the coating durability improved (release properties were also not an issue). - Increased bread yield. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of alliveⓇPEEKcoat] Shoe Sole Mold

The substrate is aluminum! Introducing examples of reduced use of release agents.

We would like to introduce a case where our 'PEEK coating' was adopted for shoe sole molds. In the case of sole molds, there was a challenge to reduce the use of release agents due to environmental issues. With its adoption, the release properties improved, and it has become a long-standing achievement for major shoe manufacturers. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenge - Reduction of release agent usage due to environmental issues ■Results - Improved release properties - Established a long-standing track record for major shoe manufacturers *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

What is the market for two-color molding? A comparison of mass production molds and simple molds.

Introducing the advantages of mass production molds and simple molds, along with the market prices!

In the production of plastic products, there are two types of molds needed: "mass production molds" (main molds) suitable for mass-produced items, and "simplified molds" (temporary molds / prototype molds) suitable for small lots with short delivery times. For mass production, "mass production molds" made of wear-resistant steel are suitable as they can consistently produce high-precision products. On the other hand, for prototypes or small lot production, "simplified molds" made of aluminum are suitable as they help reduce mold costs. *For detailed information, please refer to the related links. Solving problems at the production planning stage.

Introduction to the challenges faced during the production planning stage in rubber molding and processing, and their solutions.

I am worried that there is not enough time in the schedule and whether the mold delivery will be on time. Do you have concerns such as wanting to reduce costs as much as possible? Our company handles a wide range of products from various mold manufacturers. We have a track record of being able to produce molds in as little as one week for simpler shapes, compared to the usual one to one and a half months, so please consult with us as soon as possible. Additionally, since our company does not incur intermediate margins, we can expect a cost reduction of over 10% compared to general manufacturers. We have six large rubber molding machines (300-ton vacuum molding machines) and can accommodate large lots. [Solutions to these concerns] ■ Worrying about whether the mold delivery will be on time due to a tight schedule ■ Wanting to reduce costs as much as possible ■ Looking for a factory that can handle orders because the current supplier or business partner is at capacity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
