It excels at producing fine three-dimensional complex shapes with a wall thickness of up to 5mm and achieves a density of over 95%. It can accommodate million-order quantities and has superior mechanical strength compared to conventional sintered products. We are also advancing the in-house development of compounds made by mixing metal powder and binder, and we obtained a U.S. patent in 1991.
