In order to meet our customers' demands for 'quality,' 'price,' and 'delivery time,' Inoue Manufacturing is engaged in labor innovation.

Machining and metalworking are currently facing competition from overseas. Despite this challenging situation, there are several reasons why Inoue Manufacturing is steadily on the path to growth. One reason is the quality that meets our customers' needs. The metal parts processed using the know-how and technical skills we have cultivated over many years are well-regarded, and we receive high satisfaction from our customers. Furthermore, thanks to this reliable technical capability, unnecessary work does not occur during the manufacturing process, allowing us not only to meet the desired delivery dates but also to reduce costs. Another point to mention is the labor innovation that Inoue Manufacturing is undertaking. This is the "on-site improvement activities" conducted under the guidance of Nissan Motor's NPW Improvement Consulting Office. Through this initiative, we have been able to effectively utilize resources such as personnel and equipment, and we have established a system to implement the PDCA cycle to further develop these resources. This has allowed us to spend time on new customer development and the creation of original mold processing products. Everything is for our customers. Our challenges will continue.
