[Rosic Case Study] Achieving Comprehensive Visualization of Organizational Management Indicators
An example of implementing a new system to manage organizational management indicators!
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the "Rosic Management Information System" in the service industry. The company was considering a system to disclose necessary management indicators as an "organizational profile" to the field, but faced challenges as operations could not be managed effectively with Excel-based tasks. We created an organizational profile that comprehensively visualizes organizational information, personnel information, and performance information, and directly published it to the management layer using the system's functions. [Challenges] ■ Consolidating and organizing information alone requires a tremendous amount of labor, making it difficult to update information in a timely manner. ■ There was no system in place to provide the created reports to the field, and distribution was done manually. ■ Development requests had been made to the core system, but they were overwhelmed with other important projects. ■ They have been forecasting sales by project for the next three years, but there are challenges in providing information to the field and collecting information from the field, resulting in low forecasting accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
