Rapid Cooling Freezing Device '3D Freezer Conveyor Type'

The productivity of food factories has dramatically improved with 3D freezing! Ductless structure rapid cooling freezing equipment.

The "3D Freezer Batch Type" is a rapid cooling and freezing device that saves electricity costs and achieves high-efficiency operation. It significantly reduces the load on the freezer. The frequency of defrosting is reduced, greatly improving work efficiency. It can be used for both cooling and freezing purposes according to the application. It cools and freezes food by enveloping it, thereby avoiding food scattering due to air velocity, and keeping the interior very hygienic. 【Features】 ■ Designed for optimal aeration ■ Saves electricity costs and achieves high-efficiency operation ■ Minimizes frost buildup on the cooler to nearly zero ■ Can be loaded from high temperatures without the need for pre-cooling ■ Ductless structure inside the unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Case Study of Non-Freon Turbo Refrigeration System: Data Center

Reduced energy consumption by 540,288 kWh per year! A case of reducing CO2 emissions by over 330 tons.

To Ford Motor Company, a global enterprise, this is a case study demonstrating the seamless operation of a critical chiller system for a data center. It was essential to align with climate change strategies to reduce global CO2 emissions and energy consumption. By implementing a highly energy-efficient, sustainable, and reliable chiller plant, we achieved the uninterrupted operation of the data center, which is crucial for the Dearborn campus's important mission. [Challenges] ■ Extremely critical applications ■ Alignment with climate change strategies ■ Reduction of energy usage and CO2 emissions ■ Obtaining LEED certification ■ Guaranteeing chiller capacity and special tolerances to maximize uptime ■ Reducing operational costs *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

【Free Cooling Refrigeration System Case Study】Shibley Textile Mill

High reliability and energy efficiency! Introducing examples of sustainable system design.

This is a case study of a free cooling turbo chiller and energy management system at the Shiburi Textile Mill Data Center. To respond to the rapid increase in demand, with data processing volume doubling every year and a half, we decided to establish a new data center. We built the data center in a location that is convenient for users, while protecting historically significant buildings and achieving a reduction in environmental impact and energy conservation. [Challenges] - Constructing the data center close to major users - Since the area has historical significance, returning the benefits of developing the data center to the local community - Designing a unique cooling system that utilizes renewable energy - Achieving high efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and comfort while minimizing environmental impact *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Turbo Refrigeration and Ice Storage] Delta College

Introducing examples of the implementation of ice thermal storage and other green technologies.

We would like to introduce a case where ice storage and other green technologies were implemented to reduce energy consumption and costs at Delta College. With the growth of the campus, we aimed to optimize energy and carbon dioxide emissions and establish methods to reduce the life cycle costs of all new and existing buildings. We proposed an upgrade to the chiller plant, achieving significant cost savings. [Results] - Reduction in electricity and gas consumption - Reduction in carbon dioxide emissions across the facility - Annual energy cost savings of over $100,000 - Peak electricity demand reduced by 1.5 MW - Achieved LEED Gold® certification *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Non-Freon Turbo Refrigeration System Case Study] Melbourne International Conference Center

Reduction of CO2 emissions! Introducing the background and applications adopted by the international conference center in Melbourne.

We would like to introduce a case where our "non-Freon turbo chiller" has been implemented. The existing 4,000 kW (1,136 USRT) turbo chiller from another company was using refrigerant R-22 and was approaching the time for equipment renewal. The "non-Freon turbo chiller" was adopted because the GWP (Global Warming Potential) of the non-Freon refrigerant R-1233zd is 1, making it a very environmentally friendly product. [Applications] ■ Non-Freon Turbo Chiller - Air conditioning for conference rooms (halls) - High-efficiency air conditioning during high temperature periods and summer peak times ■ Optimum Screw Chiller - Used at partial load during periods when temperatures are not high *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
