Introducing examples of the implementation of ice thermal storage and other green technologies.
We would like to introduce a case where ice storage and other green technologies were implemented to reduce energy consumption and costs at Delta College. With the growth of the campus, we aimed to optimize energy and carbon dioxide emissions and establish methods to reduce the life cycle costs of all new and existing buildings. We proposed an upgrade to the chiller plant, achieving significant cost savings. [Results] - Reduction in electricity and gas consumption - Reduction in carbon dioxide emissions across the facility - Annual energy cost savings of over \$100,000 - Peak electricity demand reduced by 1.5 MW - Achieved LEED Gold® certification *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
