Here is a case study of FSD flooring. The tiled floor was slippery, and although mats were placed on the tiles, they were not very effective, creating a dangerous situation. Additionally, there were frequent blockages in the grating drainage, which increased costs due to the need for regular high-pressure cleaning. Therefore, our company implemented the construction using the MM method. We were able to safely finish the previously slippery floor to a non-slip condition. Furthermore, by using the MM method for the grating as well, we were able to improve the drainage blockages.

Here is an introduction to a case of FSD flooring. There was damage to the floor at a propane gas filling station, and they were struggling to find a contractor capable of durable repairs. Additionally, the situation was such that rolling a 90 kg cylinder would quickly damage the floor. Therefore, our company implemented a thick application using the MM method. After conducting a test application in a limited area and gaining their approval, we proceeded with full-scale installation, resulting in a flooring solution that satisfied durability requirements and was different from previous installations. Once the flooring material hardens, it contains no oily components, making it suitable for use as a material in the cylinder filling area.

- Issues Before Repair Two years ago, a floor renovation using "epoxy resin" was carried out, but within a year, the floor began to peel and was in a deteriorated state. The area in question is part of the meat delivery route, where carts weighing over 200 kg pass through. The epoxy resin was not properly adhered to the concrete surface and peeled off easily. Even if repairs are made, using flooring materials that quickly deteriorate is meaningless, which is why we were consulted. The Overwhelming Difference Between Conventional Flooring/Epoxy Resin and Newly Adopted Flooring/Milkreet: MF-R Method Epoxy resin is a common flooring material, but many can only withstand temperatures around 40°C, causing the coating to lift due to heat and oil from kitchen equipment, leading to damage to the concrete substrate and shortening the floor's lifespan. The floor was also slippery and dangerous due to oil accumulation. Therefore, our company implemented the MM method for the construction. By using the MM method to increase the thickness of the flooring, we were able to finish the deteriorated tiled floor beautifully. Similarly, we renovated the area within the grating, resulting in a hygienic environment without water accumulation. It is important to select the appropriate flooring material based on the conditions of the usage area. We received a request for repairs due to deterioration, cracks, and water pooling on the floor caused by aging. The working hours for the hotel kitchen, which operates continuously, were from midnight to 8 AM, giving us an 8-hour window. Within this time, we needed to complete the removal of equipment, floor repairs, drying, and the reinstallation of equipment after completion. Since this is a kitchen, it cannot be used if any odors remain after the work is done. Not only did we need to complete all processes, but it was also necessary to be able to cook immediately. Due to time constraints, we were unable to find a contractor who could perform the work. The flooring used for this repair was FSD's MF method. This resolved the concerns regarding the construction period. Achieving the timeline does not mean compromising on quality. We would like to introduce a case study of flooring work conducted by From System Direct Co., Ltd. In a certain hospital kitchen in the Kansai region, the floor was unable to withstand the high temperatures from frequently flowing hot water in the rotary ovens, leading to partial peeling and cracks in the epoxy resin floor, which has a heat resistance of about 40 degrees. Other areas also required repairs due to aging deterioration. With an inspection by the health department approaching, we undertook repairs in the areas of the pre-processing room, cooking room, cleaning room, and serving room that were showing signs of deterioration. Based on the available working hours for each room, we implemented a construction schedule that allowed us to complete the work in one overnight session. Repairs can be carried out even in hospital kitchens where operations cannot be halted.
