We would like to introduce a case study of flooring work conducted by From System Direct Co., Ltd. In a certain hospital kitchen in the Kansai region, the floor was unable to withstand the high temperatures from frequently flowing hot water in the rotary ovens, leading to partial peeling and cracks in the epoxy resin floor, which has a heat resistance of about 40 degrees. Other areas also required repairs due to aging deterioration. With an inspection by the health department approaching, we undertook repairs in the areas of the pre-processing room, cooking room, cleaning room, and serving room that were showing signs of deterioration. Based on the available working hours for each room, we implemented a construction schedule that allowed us to complete the work in one overnight session. Repairs can be carried out even in hospital kitchens where operations cannot be halted.
