[Floor Coating Construction Case Study] Kanto Certain Meat Processing Plant

There are various types of floor repairs! Kitchen floor: Repaired with durable and hygienic milkcrete from epoxy resin.

- Issues Before Repair Two years ago, a floor renovation using "epoxy resin" was carried out, but within a year, the floor began to peel and was in a deteriorated state. The area in question is part of the meat delivery route, where carts weighing over 200 kg pass through. The epoxy resin was not properly adhered to the concrete surface and peeled off easily. Even if repairs are made, using flooring materials that quickly deteriorate is meaningless, which is why we were consulted. The Overwhelming Difference Between Conventional Flooring/Epoxy Resin and Newly Adopted Flooring/Milkreet: MF-R Method Epoxy resin is a common flooring material, but many can only withstand temperatures around 40°C, causing the coating to lift due to heat and oil from kitchen equipment, leading to damage to the concrete substrate and shortening the floor's lifespan. The flooring material selected for the kitchen this time is "Milkreet MF-R Method." - Features ■ High durability against a wide range of corrosive substances ■ Heat resistance that allows for high-temperature hot water discharge and steam cleaning ■ High gloss and smooth finish with excellent impact resistance and wear resistance ■ No residual odors after installation, allowing for immediate return to normal use in food handling areas For inquiries, please feel free to contact From System Direct.

[Flooring Case] Epoxy Flooring Material Deterioration, Renovation Only Outside Business Hours

It has been beautifully finished with a high-gloss, smooth surface suitable for heavy loads and travel paths.

Here is an example of FSD flooring. We utilized epoxy flooring materials and were facing issues with deterioration. Additionally, since the business could not take a break, the work had to be completed between midnight and 8 AM, making renovations difficult. Therefore, our company implemented the MF method for construction. Since the area for the flooring renovation was large, we divided the work into two sessions between midnight and 8 AM, allowing us to complete the tasks without disrupting business operations. The MF method is suitable for heavy loads and traffic routes, resulting in a beautifully finished surface that is high-gloss and smooth. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
