[Method] Residential Foundation Concrete Repair - Low-Pressure Resin Injection Method

Many successful projects! Our craftsmen with 25 years of experience will carry out the work directly.

Our company employs manual and automatic low-pressure resin injection methods to carry out repair work that does not impose a load on the structure. The repair material spreads radially from the surface cracks to the internal structure, allowing it to fill even the finest cracks. By preventing water infiltration into the interior through crack repairs, we can prevent the corrosion of rebar, improve the strength of the concrete itself, and contribute to its longevity. For more details, please contact us or refer to our materials.

Bait method

Considerate of the environment by not spraying liquid agents! Termite prevention is possible without conducting work indoors.

The "bait method" is a termite control method that does not involve the use of chemical agents. A bait that termites prefer is placed in a special container called a "station," which is buried in the ground. Worker termites carry it back to the nest, leading to their extermination. The chemical agents are effective against molting organisms such as insects. Therefore, their impact on humans, dogs, cats, and other mammals, as well as fish, is extremely minimal. [Overview (partial)] ■ Method: Stations are installed around objects (no chemical treatment needed inside buildings) ■ Effect: A molting inhibitor is mixed with food that termites prefer, causing them to consume it and aiming for the extermination of the entire colony ■ Effective period: Effective as long as the bait is in place ■ Chemical used: Molting inhibitor *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Reinforcement method using unreinforced foundation carbon fiber plate insertion

Easy installation for increased durability! Choose carbon fiber plates.

Procedure for Reinforcement Method Using Non-Reinforced Foundation Carbon Fiber Plate Insertion 1. Site Investigation and Preparation Investigate the condition of the foundation and identify the reinforcement areas. Create a reinforcement plan and clean the construction area in preparation. 2. Surface Treatment Clean the surface of the foundation and, if necessary, process grooves using a diamond cutter, based on the depth and width specified in the design plan. 3. Preparation of Plates Cut the carbon fiber plates to match the design and prepare the specialized epoxy resin adhesive. 4. Plate Insertion Insert the CF plates into the grooves, seal the grooves with epoxy putty, and install the epoxy resin injection dome. 5. Curing and Air Release After the epoxy putty has cured, create air release holes using a drill at both ends of the slit and between the injection domes. 6. Epoxy Resin Injection Inject the epoxy resin. If the resin leaks from the air release holes, it indicates that the filling of the resin has been sufficiently completed.

Carbon fiber and aramid fiber sheet repair and reinforcement method construction - Reliable reinforcement construction

We support various continuous fiber sheet reinforcement methods and protect asset value with reliable technology, primarily in the Kanto region.

Using sheets of carbon fibers or aramid fibers, which are lightweight, high-strength, and excellent in corrosion resistance, arranged in one direction or two directions, we reinforce structures by impregnating them with a special epoxy resin and adhering them to the surfaces of concrete or wood. This method is highly effective for reinforcing areas lacking rebar, improving bending and shear strength, suppressing cracks, and enhancing fatigue durability. It adds almost no weight and does not impose a burden on existing structures. It is applicable not only to wooden houses but also to reinforced concrete and steel structures. The Wood Preservation Center has numerous construction achievements, mainly in the Kanto region, and provides consistent support from suitable reinforcement design to construction with reliable technology. If you are considering improving the performance of your building or maintaining its asset value, please feel free to consult us.

CB Method (Encro)

It is a quality-focused method that allows for visual inspection of weld appearances.

Our company offers the "CB method," which involves enclosed welding with a narrow groove using ceramic backing material. This welding method involves installing ceramic backing material in the groove spacing between two rebars (specified for each rebar diameter) and performing semi-automatic arc welding with carbon dioxide. After the welding operation, the backing material is removed, allowing for visual inspection of the weld's appearance. Additionally, since it does not pull the rebars together like a pressure joint, it is also suitable for rebar pre-assembly methods and PC (precast) construction methods. 【Features】 ■ Highly reliable joint performance ■ Work-friendly joint shape ■ Assured quality control ■ Speedy welding operations ■ Expanding possibilities for construction methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Traditional House Jack-Up Method

It will revive the old folk house and restore its former glory.

The "Traditional House Jack-Up Method" is a technique that allows for the correction of a building's distortion and settling without almost destroying the walls. The method involves drilling holes in the columns, inserting bolts, and raising the columns. By using this approach, it is possible to lift the building while minimizing damage to the walls. Once the building is lifted, a substitute material is inserted into the gap created below, and the repair is completed by filling it with mortar or similar materials. While some parts of the floor may need to be broken, the walls can be preserved with minimal damage. 【Services】 ■ Specialized design and construction for old timber ■ Purchase and restoration of traditional houses ■ Support for starting restaurants *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

[For nursing care facilities] ASL method (anti-slip construction for tiles and stones)

To reduce "slipping and danger," make wet, slippery tiles and stones less slippery. Non-coating anti-slip treatment for floors.

The "ASL method" is a technique that involves applying a liquid agent to flooring materials (tiles and stones) to dissolve specific components and create countless holes, measuring several micrometers (thousandths of a millimeter), on the surface of the tiles or stones. The difference before and after construction is simply whether there are "holes on the floor surface or not." When a person walks on it while wet, their weight compresses the water, making it harder for the water to move, which reduces the likelihood of slipping. We support the safe and user-friendly operation of facilities by applying this method in slippery areas such as bathing facilities within buildings and entrance lobbies. 【Features】 ■ Maintains aesthetic appeal ■ No need to replace flooring materials ■ Quick installation ■ Easy maintenance ■ Free test installation available ■ Up to 5-year warranty Main application projects: commercial facilities, public facilities, train stations, elementary schools, temples and shrines, private companies, hot spring facilities, nursing homes, condominiums, hotels Main application locations: entrances, store aisles, hallways, large bathing areas, pool sides, restrooms Cumulative installation record: over 208,000 m² (as of August 31, 2022) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
