Our company offers the "CB method," which involves enclosed welding with a narrow groove using ceramic backing material. This welding method involves installing ceramic backing material in the groove spacing between two rebars (specified for each rebar diameter) and performing semi-automatic arc welding with carbon dioxide. After the welding operation, the backing material is removed, allowing for visual inspection of the weld's appearance.
