Seismic reinforcement using carbon fiber
Leave it to us when it comes to TB construction methods.
The TB (Touch Bond) method is a seismic joint construction technique for box culverts that allows for the construction of pipelines such as waterways and passageways that ensure continuity and water tightness while being capable of withstanding level 2 seismic motions.
This is a construction method where a device similar to a gantry crane is assembled above a box girder or steel deck, allowing scaffolding to be lifted and moved while suspended.
Rails will not be dropped in order to lay them on box girders or steel decks.
Ideal for cutting walls that cannot be cut with a wire saw or creating slits!
The "Wall Saw Method" involves the installation of a dedicated rail, on which a special cutting machine moves to cut flat and sloped surfaces of concrete structures such as floors and walls. It is suitable for walls that cannot be cut with a wire saw and for creating slits. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Cutting work is performed along the rail, ensuring high precision of the cut surface. ■ Capable of cutting in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal directions. ■ Dry work is possible depending on the construction situation. ■ Easy to operate and highly maneuverable, making it versatile for various locations and angles. ■ Low noise, low vibration, and minimal dust, with no concerns about pollution. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
We will achieve dust-free, vibration-free, and low-noise concrete crushing work!
The "Buster Method" is a technique that involves inserting and operating a small high-output jack into a core drilling hole (φ160–200mm) to crush concrete. The crushing work can be carried out safely with no dust, no vibration, and low noise. It is a static crushing method that also takes the environment into consideration. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ Safe construction with no dust, no vibration, and low noise during crushing work ■ Static crushing method that considers the environment ■ Enables planned crushing, allowing for a reduction in construction time *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
A concrete crushing method that can also destroy structures that cannot be partially cut!
The "Plate Jacking Method" is a concrete crushing technique that involves cutting approximately 3mm wide and 100mm deep with a cutter, inserting a jack, and expanding it using water pressure. It is mainly suitable for the demolition of concrete structures such as retaining walls and underground obstacles, as well as the dismantling of PC bridges, and for leveling PC columns and structures. 【Features】 ■ Prevents wire entanglement during horizontal cutting with wire saws, etc. ■ Capable of destroying structures that cannot be partially cut. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
It is a low-pollution type crushing method that has a higher crushing effect compared to crushing caused by cement expansion pressure and does not fall under explosives!
The "Electric Discharge Crushing Method" is a crushing technique that utilizes expansion from electrical energy. It excels in pollution characteristics such as noise, vibration, and dust, with a crushing efficiency of 5 to 25 m³ per day. The crushing force can be adjusted from a minimum of approximately 10 cm x 10 cm (concrete). Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ Control of crushing force allows for control of noise and vibration ■ Applicable to hard rock (uniaxial compressive strength of 350 MPa) and reinforced concrete ■ Easy handling of equipment and cartridges ■ If there is a gap between the adjacent structure, it will not have an impact ■ No legal regulations apply, so no qualifications or notifications are required during construction *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
Is the chimney currently in use okay?
The Hi-jet ARC method involves suspending the Hi-jet ARC removal device from the top of the chimney, allowing for a removal process that uses ultra-high pressure water while keeping the interior of the chimney unmanned. The device is lowered and raised as needed by an operator remotely, facilitating the removal process. 【Features】 - Unmanned remote water pressure cutting removal inside the chimney - Minimal dispersion of asbestos dust due to water removal - The water used is limited to the minimum necessary, similar to household tap water - Removal of not only liner-equipped chimney insulation but also hard lining materials such as asbestos cement cylinders in a single process - Cutting, washing, and removal of deteriorated areas such as asbestos fibers embedded in the concrete inner surface of the chimney and honeycombing - Maintains a negative pressure ventilation rate of 40 times/hour, countering chimney draft (updraft) - The work floor in the isolation area is waterproofed with construction-grade waterproofing materials, preventing leaks - Capable of removing chimneys that have collapsed and deformed during construction, as well as those with bends - Vibration is almost nonexistent compared to mechanical cutting removal, preventing damage to the chimney and buildings - The time required for removal is short, significantly reducing the construction period - Accommodates a wide range of chimney diameters from 130 mm to 3,500 mm *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
This is a new construction method that makes it possible to carry out work in areas that were previously difficult to access!
The "PCW method" is a technique that allows for the construction of embankment structures with minimal excavation of the existing road or terrain. By minimizing the regulations on the back side and allowing construction without the removal of existing structures, it leads to cost savings. Additionally, the width of the foundation bottom can be constructed at approximately 1 meter, allowing for minimal excavation and floor digging. 【Features】 ■ Minimal on-site construction ■ No need for unnecessary work ■ Foundation bottom width can be constructed at approximately 1 meter ■ Material that can be used in various locations ■ Material that reduces construction time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
For filling, backfilling, and compaction! This method allows for quick work.
The "Ace Soil Method (Fluidized Treatment Soil)" mixes construction-generated soil with water and air bubbles to fluidize it, adds a solidifying agent, and pumps it in large quantities to solidify to any desired strength. This method can be applied in any location without causing consolidation settlement, and it does not require compaction or heavy machinery work, ensuring safety during construction. Additionally, compact mobile plant operations can be carried out efficiently. 【Features】 ■ Adds a solidifying agent and pumps it in large quantities to solidify to any desired strength ■ Applicable in various locations ■ Simple system for cost reduction ■ Environmentally friendly due to fewer vehicles used, allowing for smooth operations ■ Efficient compact mobile plant operations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Vertical drain method without using sand mat.
The vertical drain method (plastic board drain method) is an economical soft ground improvement technique.
