"Wall-type × thin-walled single reinforcement" high durability low-cost smart wall construction method

Wall thickness 150mm, wall-type reinforced concrete construction.

The Smart Wall construction method is... With numerous massive earthquakes of seismic intensity 7 observed across the country, it has become difficult to balance "cost" and "earthquake resistance" amid rising construction costs, causing significant challenges for both builders and operators. The Smart Wall construction method is a wall-type reinforced concrete structure that is highly earthquake-resistant and durable, yet low-cost, capable of withstanding earthquakes of seismic intensity 7, similar to the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.

Select Beam Method "Semi-Custom System Construction"

It is a semi-custom system building optimized for each span for buildings with a low-rise long-span steel frame.

By selecting the optimal type of beam according to various site and ground conditions, we achieve the best structural framework that balances cost and seismic resistance. Additionally, this construction method is less likely to become a champion like system-built structures, allowing for price negotiations with contractors while maintaining competitive principles similar to traditional construction.

All Casing Application Method: BKF Method

Can be excavated reliably without affecting technology! Low vibration and low noise hydraulic hammer grab.

The "BKF method" is a groundbreaking technique that achieves low noise and low vibration through a hydraulic transmission hammer grab, replacing traditional excavation methods using swinging or fully rotating all-casing hammer grabs. It allows for vibration-free excavation without free fall, and excavation can be performed without hoses or units, ensuring both vibration-free and noise-free operations. By winding or warming the spring several times, the cutting edge gradually penetrates, increasing excavation efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Low noise crown; no impact noise ■ Vibration-free; maximum excavation depth of 100m ■ No components that could cause damage ■ No hoses required, eliminating wasted time ■ Reliable excavation without affecting technology *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

All Casing Application Method: SENTAN Pile Method

Dramatic improvement in the reliability of piles! A construction method developed with consideration for the surrounding environment, seeking low noise and low vibration.

The "SENTAN Pile Method" is a construction method based on the all-casing method. After excavation is completed, a split concrete ring installed at the bottom of the hole is pushed in with a load of 2,000 kN/m² or more for each ring, thereby strengthening the tip ground and allowing for pile installation. It is suitable for structures with uneven settlement or strict settlement restrictions, and is appropriate for foundations of railway viaduct construction divided into first and second phases, as well as for the widening of road bridge piers. 【Features】 ■ Dramatic improvement in pile reliability ■ Reduction in total costs ■ Applicable to various structures ■ Compliance with design standards *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Reverse Circulation Drilling Method

It can handle deep excavation and allows for rock drilling by using special bits to increase torque!

The "Reverse Circulation Drill Method" was developed by the Salzgitter company in West Germany and introduced to Japan in 1962. It utilizes clean water, stabilizing the borehole walls with a static water pressure of 0.2 kg/cm (water head difference of 2.0 m) and a mud film created from clay and silt particles contained in the circulating water. By rotating the bit to cut the ground and discharging the excavated soil along with the borehole water to the surface using a suction pump, drilling is achieved. This method can accommodate deep drilling and, by using a special bit to increase torque, can also drill through bedrock. 【Features】 - Capable of constructing large-diameter (φ3000mm) piles at great depths (approximately 75m) - Construction is possible in water and low head conditions - Bedrock drilling is possible by using a special bit to increase torque - Due to reverse circulation natural mud water drilling, construction can be performed without collapse even in sandy soil conditions - Can be executed with low vibration and low noise *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Tsubasa pile (steel pipe rotary driven pile)

Achieving high tip support capacity! An environmentally friendly construction method with no soil disposal, low vibration, and low noise.

The "Tsubasa Pile (Steel Pipe Rotational Press-in Pile)" is a method that involves rotating a steel pipe pile equipped with semicircular steel plates (tip wings) at the tip, which are installed in a crossed manner, to penetrate the ground with low noise and low vibration. The tip wings are expanded to 1.75 to 2.5 times the pile diameter, contributing to a significant tip bearing capacity when functioning as a pile, and providing thrust to the pile during the rotational penetration process. There are two types of tip shapes: "closed-end type" and "open-end type." Inclined piles that can respond to horizontal forces are also possible. 【Features】 ■ Achieves large tip bearing capacity ■ Environmentally friendly construction method ■ Cost reduction ■ By using an enlarged head structure, it has horizontal resistance, excellent seismic performance, and reduced costs ■ Easy to remove *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Iron powder mixed bubble method

The iron powder mixed bubble method is a technique for purifying high-concentration VOC contamination in a short period of time!

In conventional methods, a large amount of water is sent into the ground, causing the surface to become muddy; however, in this method, the amount of water used is small, resulting in less impact on the ground. Additionally, there were disadvantages such as the need for large plants and the issue of generating a significant amount of sludge. This method resolves these problems by using foam instead of the water traditionally used. 【Features】 ■ It is a new in-situ decomposition method. It can purify VOC contamination in a relatively short period. ■ No sludge is generated, and it does not significantly impair soil bearing capacity. ■ The plant size is small, making it possible to work in narrow spaces. ■ It solves the issues of sludge and plants, achieving significant cost reductions. ■ It is an environmentally friendly method due to the low amount of water used. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
