Automated Open Caisson Method (SOCS)

Automated Open Caisson Method (SOCS)

This construction method overcomes the issues associated with traditional open caisson methods by utilizing advanced technology, enabling reliable and high-precision sinking of caissons under various ground conditions. It is environmentally friendly and allows for significant labor savings and shortened construction periods through automation. The key feature of this method is the introduction of an automatic underwater excavation machine at the caisson's cutting edge, which allows for reliable excavation of the ground directly beneath the caisson, a task that was previously difficult. This excavator can handle hard ground and withstand water pressure of up to 1.0 MPa, making it capable of construction at depths of up to 100 meters. Since the excavation and soil removal operations can be performed independently, it is also applicable to large-diameter shafts. The method consists of three systems: an automatic excavation and soil removal system, an automatic sinking management system, and a precast body system, making it applicable to a wide range of ground conditions from soft soil to medium-hard rock. These systems can be used in combination, or each system can be employed individually or in pairs depending on the site conditions.

Riprap construction method

Riprap construction method

A lapstone is a structure that integrates natural stones with narrow holes, anchored by zinc-aluminum alloy coated iron wire and synthetic resin stopper panels. By backfilling this with backing material and stacking it at a steep gradient, it creates an "anchored natural stone masonry method," resulting in an economical and robust revetment that considers the ecosystem of aquatic organisms such as fish and crabs. 【Features】 ○ Creates a porous revetment that can support the habitat of fish and crabs. ○ Despite being a masonry structure, it forms a strong revetment that can withstand soil pressure and water flow due to the anchoring effect. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Sewer Composite Manhole Rehabilitation Method "Eba Sheet Method"

No special skills required! A sewer composite manhole rehabilitation method that can be constructed with a small road occupancy area.

The "Evashito Method" is a composite manhole rehabilitation technique that involves attaching an "FRP sheet" to the inner wall of an existing manhole that has advanced corrosion, using an expansion frame, and filling the gap between the sheet and the existing manhole with mortar. With a thickness of 1.5mm for the FRP sheet, the method promises increased longevity through enhanced corrosion resistance and durability, while the filling material, a non-shrink mortar, maintains strength over the long term. Additionally, there is no need for heavy machinery, and no special skills are required, allowing for construction in a small road occupancy area. By utilizing the existing manhole, material savings are achieved, resulting in excellent economic efficiency along with shortened construction periods. 【Features】 ■ Demonstrates strong robustness through complete integration with the existing manhole ■ Filling material maintains strength over the long term with non-shrink mortar ■ Can be constructed in a small road occupancy area ■ Achieves material savings by utilizing the existing manhole ■ Passes acid resistance and sulfur intrusion tests *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Construction method "Runan HAT Method"

The lifting work takes only a few minutes! A new method for installing roofs and walls, wiring and piping for electricity, equipment work, and painting materials is done on the ground.

The "Runan HAT Method" is a new construction technique that builds truss panels in the same way a gentleman in a suit wears a hat. The assembly of truss panels is done on the ground, where the installation of roofs and walls, as well as the wiring and piping for electricity, air conditioning, and sprinklers, along with equipment work and painting of materials, takes place. If there is extra space on the site, the foundation and steel frame construction, as well as the assembly of trusses and roof and piping work, can proceed in parallel. 【Features】 ■ Improved work efficiency ■ Shortened construction period ■ Reduced manpower for roof and piping work ■ Cost reduction ■ The lifting operation is completed in just a few minutes after starting the lift *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
