Drim Method

By adjusting the installation angle, it is possible to control the drifting sand. It does not affect the navigation of vessels or marine leisure activities.

This technology is a coastal erosion prevention method that protects beaches from erosion by utilizing natural forces, such as wave energy and the self-restorative power of the beach itself. It controls the direction of drifting sand by utilizing the phenomenon of bottom currents on the DRIM being directed in one direction. Additionally, both production and construction can be carried out quickly and at a low cost. The ease of installation provides a wide range of applicability and flexibility. 【Features】 ■ Control of drifting sand in offshore and coastal directions ■ Does not disrupt the shape of the horizon or coastline ■ Wide applicability and low cost ■ High harmony with the surrounding environment ■ Does not affect navigation of vessels or marine leisure activities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Construction method: KTB - Load Distribution Type Permanent Anchor Method

The world's first permanent anchoring method based on a groundbreaking theory.

The KTB load distribution type permanent anchor method is a groundbreaking structure that distributes loads by providing multiple load-bearing bodies, making it the world's first permanent anchor of its kind. It avoids localized concentration of loads, preventing cracks in the grout. It excels in long-term corrosion resistance, durability, and structural stability. NETIS Registration No: KT-990136-A

KTB anchoring method

It is a post-tensioning method for prestressed concrete anchoring construction.

The KTB anchoring method is a post-tensioning type of prestressed concrete anchoring technique applicable to all PC structures, encompassing a system that includes the basic anchoring body, PC steel strands, connectors, and more. The KTB anchoring method is adopted in a wide range of civil engineering and construction fields, such as PC bridges, building structures, PC tanks, marine structures, and ground anchors, due to its excellent workability, safety, high quality, and cost-effectiveness. In April 1978, the KTB Association was established to promote the dissemination, technological advancement, and development of this method. Additionally, SC strands (epoxy-coated PC steel strands) are ultra-durable PC steel strands with groundbreaking anti-corrosion technology, having obtained construction technology certification from the Civil Engineering Research Center in April 1995 (Chairman: Naoharu Ikeda, Professor at Yokohama National University). Thus, we take pride in confidently recommending the KTB anchoring method and SC strands as technologies that meet the needs of a new era. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Construction method: Multi-level method

Achieving safety, shortening construction time, and significantly reducing costs. Installation methods for precast products in the 21st century.

The multi-level construction method only uses cranes and heavy machinery during the delivery phase to unload precast products from the truck onto the foundation concrete. The installation work can be safely and reliably adjusted vertically and horizontally using multi-jigs, without being affected by the skill level of the workers. This method achieves significant cost reduction, shortened construction periods, and reduced CO2 emissions. NETIS registration number TH-020011-A.

Reinforced Soil Wall Method RRR-A Method

Reinforced earth bridge abutment method

The RRR method (Reinforced Railroad with Rigid Facing-Method) is a new soil retention (reinforced soil wall) technique developed as an alternative to traditional retaining wall methods, using the principles of reinforced soil engineering. Traditional retaining walls are structures that, from a mechanical perspective, aim to support external forces (earth pressure) exerted by the soil through the weight of the structure and the ground reaction of the foundation, opposing the soil and relying on force to counteract force. In contrast, the reinforced soil wall method promotes the stabilization of the soil itself by placing tensile reinforcement materials within the soil, embodying a philosophy of coexistence with the soil.
