Improved traditional construction method

Compatible with 5-axis machining based on conventional construction methods! Also supports structural calculations.

We would like to introduce our "Improved Conventional Construction Method." This is an improved conventional method that allows for efficient processing using a 5-axis machining center, which is slower and less efficient than conventional pre-cut machines. The conventional method and conventional hardware have been rationalized and made more efficient, offering many advantages. In our case, we utilize not only our own methods but also commercially available products and methods as appropriate for optimal design. 【Features】 ■ Based on conventional methods ■ Compatible with 5-axis machining centers ■ Structural calculation support *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Titanium rod internal insertion anode method (external power supply method)

Corrosion protection for temporary scaffolding and difficult-to-access areas can be carried out according to site conditions.

The titanium rod internal insertion anode method is an external power supply electrochemical corrosion protection method that involves inserting and installing a rod-shaped titanium anode into the interior of concrete from the surface. Since the anode is installed inside the structure, there are no limitations on the construction surface, allowing for the anode to be inserted and installed from any direction to implement electrochemical corrosion protection. It is suitable for areas where temporary scaffolding is difficult or where the construction surface is limited, as well as for partial corrosion protection at bridge girder ends and similar locations.

Screw press method

We resolve your concerns and worries about ground improvement work and create a reliable foundation to support your building.

The "Screw Press Method" is a ground improvement technology suitable for small-scale construction that enables the formation of thinned wood piles or crushed stone columns. Using the principle of a screw nail, it creates a compaction phenomenon by pushing the surrounding soil with the volume of the screw itself, resulting in a stronger foundation. Additionally, there is no generation of excavated soil. This significantly shortens construction time, eliminates the need for soil disposal, and greatly contributes to environmental conservation. 【Features】 ■ Improves ground bearing capacity to achieve "earthquake-resistant foundations" ■ Enables significant reduction in construction time and costs ■ Environmentally friendly low-carbon ground improvement method *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Geo Double Sand Method for Roads/Parking Lots [NETIS Registered]

We prevent liquefaction while reducing environmental impact. Suitable for narrow spaces! It's a fast, affordable, and strong construction method.

During an earthquake, the ground, which is normally stable due to the interlocking of water and sand particles, becomes unstable as this bond is disrupted. When pressure from above is applied in this state, the heavier sand particles settle, and the liquefied water tries to rise to the surface. This is the phenomenon of liquefaction, which has caused many disasters in past earthquakes. The Geo Double Sand Method prevents the underground water (excess pore water) from rising by blocking it with a waterproof sheet and directing it to drainage pipes for rapid drainage, thereby mitigating liquefaction and preventing ground subsidence. Additionally, in frost heave disasters, the waterproof sheet blocks and disperses moisture, suppressing damage to the road surface caused by moisture freezing and expanding (ice lenses). The reinforcement sheet used in the Geo Double Sand Method minimizes the expansion of the road surface and also prevents cracks in the pavement due to aging deterioration. The Geo Double Sand Method is a completely new construction method that has obtained a patent and certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (NETIS). It requires no special technology, allows for low construction costs and shortened construction periods, and also enables partial repairs (patch repairs).
