Polyurea resin is a compound primarily composed of urea bonds, generated by the chemical reaction between isocyanates and polyamines. Polyurea coatings possess extremely high wear resistance and impact resistance. Since polyurea coating is applied through spray painting, the surface condition of the painted area will be the final finish. However, due to the thickness and strength of the film, it is also possible to perform machining in subsequent processes. Adjustments to film thickness through flat grinding or drilling can also be done.
