With a rich lineup, custom-made options are available according to your needs and purposes!
"DRYSURF" is a fast-drying lubricant that boasts exceptional stability and reliability. When applied to the workpiece, it instantly forms a thin, uniform lubrication film at the micron level. Despite being a thin film, it possesses excellent durability and resolves issues of bleeding and transfer. By using it in the right place, it enhances lubrication, reduces wear, provides sound dampening, and offers oil-repellent properties. Additionally, its liquid form improves work efficiency and productivity. We offer environmentally friendly products with a zero ozone depletion potential and measures against global warming. [Usage Examples] Automobiles / Optical Equipment / Office Equipment / Musical Instruments / Home Appliances / Health Equipment, etc. [Features] - Thin film, fast-drying - Elimination of bleeding and transfer (as a substitute for grease) - Excellent workability - Wide applicability (does not harm most resins, rubber, or metals) - Stable performance - Diverse functions and a rich lineup - Excellent safety (non-flammable, low odor, and classified as non-hazardous) - Excellent workability (liquid form makes application easy and allows for process shortening) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Types of DRYSURF** ◆ Fast-Drying Liquid Lubricant (Semi-Wet) This lubricant can improve issues associated with grease, such as application amount management, splattering, bleeding, noise from stickiness, and tackiness. It has excellent durability and low friction and wear characteristics while being a thin film. ◆ Fast-Drying Liquid Lubricant (Completely Dry) This type forms a completely dry film without any oil content, resulting in no stickiness and no contamination from oil (such as dust collection and bleeding). ◆ Oil Barrier Agent Prevents the ingress and leakage of oil. It also has water-repellent, oil-repellent, and simple moisture-proof effects. ◆ Dust Trap Agent Captures fine dust particles (from a few microns to several tens of microns) as a dust-proof measure for camera modules. *Please contact us first when looking for a lubricant. *We can coordinate lubricants that meet the performance requirements of our customers.
