High functionality provided by ceramic coating [release properties, wear resistance]
◆Ceramic Coating "Sera Armor"◆ Shine Kogei's "Sera Armor" is a coating that imparts properties such as abrasion resistance, release properties, and heat resistance to materials. It has physical properties superior to fluororesin and can form a high-hardness ceramic coating on resins, engineering plastics, glass, and wood that are typically difficult to process. 【Sera Armor Coating Properties List】 1. Abrasion Resistance (Pencil Hardness 9H) 2. Release Properties 3. Slipperiness 4. Heat Resistance 5. Water and Oil Repellency 6. Insulation 7. Corrosion Resistance 8. Rust Prevention 9. Dirt Resistance 10. Antibacterial Properties 11. Far Infrared Effect, etc. ◆Inquiries◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. Properties of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. Purpose of coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slipperiness, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) *If possible, providing drawings would be beneficial for estimating costs, etc.
