In new residential construction, "confirmation inspections (structural inspections and completion inspections)" and "defect insurance inspections (foundation rebar inspections and structural inspections)" are naturally conducted. However, even if these legal housing inspections pass, there are often cases of disputes with clients due to insufficient self-inspections. This can occur due to inadequate visual checks or because issues that were pointed out were not managed for correction and were left unaddressed. The causes of such occurrences include ambiguities in the points that should be confirmed during self-checks and the inability of site supervisors to confirm all projects under their responsibility. To prevent such human errors, our company offers a visual recording system that allows for the management of the content that should be checked for quality confirmation and the photos that should be kept as records. We provide a set of quality inspection check items along with a cloud system. With this, the points to be confirmed during construction and the photos to be recorded become clear, eliminating any confusion.
