We would like to introduce the German-made edge AI camera, the MOBOTIX M73. The new series of MOBOTIX cameras, the MOBOTIX M73, can be equipped with applications that utilize AI. The recommended app for domestic use, "MxAnalyticsAI," uses algorithms developed by Konica Minolta and, in addition to the existing MOBOTIX functionality that detects the movement and direction of objects using only the camera, it is now possible to label (categorize) objects using Deep Learning technology. It is also characterized by a low rate of false detections regardless of day, night, or weather conditions. The Mirai Eco Housing 2026 project has been established as a successor to the Child-Rearing Green Project.
As a successor project to the Child-Rearing Green Business, subsidies for the construction of energy-efficient homes and support for energy-efficient home renovations have been announced. The Housing Energy Efficiency 2026 Campaign, a collaboration among three ministries, has strengthened support for housing energy efficiency with a supplementary budget of 378 billion yen for fiscal year 2025. Construction that begins on or after November 28, 2025, will be eligible, and a key change to note is that the condition for starting new construction is now based on the commencement of foundation work. The total budget for new construction and the subsidy amount per unit have also been reduced. In the Future Eco Housing 2026 project, which only targets renovations, eligible homes are limited to those that do not meet the energy efficiency standards set in 1999 prior to renovation.
