To address the high salinity and humidity of the marine climate, Grace Solar has specially improved the surface treatment and structural sealing of the mounting systems. The aluminum alloy body is coated with a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating, and salt damage prevention designs are employed at critical joint areas. This effectively prevents the intrusion of corrosive media, maintaining long-term structural stability and performance even in harsh corrosive environments. Grace Solar optimizes the wind resistance performance of the mounting system through wind tunnel simulations and structural calculations.
