The social welfare corporation Jiai-en's "Kumamoto Lighthouse Multipurpose Exchange Center" is a multipurpose center newly established alongside a residential facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, serving as a venue for daytime activities such as music and recreation. The "GEO Power System" was adopted using the "Subsidy for Accelerating the Utilization of Renewable Energy Heat" to improve user comfort through stable room temperature and air purification, while also promoting energy savings in air conditioning.
