Active oxygen is the strongest substance with the highest oxidation capability on Earth. For example, it plays an essential role in maintaining life by instantly killing and decomposing bacteria and viruses that invade the human body through oxidation during respiration. If it were to persist for a long time or be generated excessively, it would have a high oxidation effect that could destroy brain and body cells, leading to the extinction of all life forms on Earth. Until now, there has been no effective way to utilize this active oxygen.
