New product of temperature detection sensor with code for detecting abnormal temperatures in various industrial equipment.
1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected by a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor is equipped with a shape memory alloy coiled around a soluble insulated wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to detect temperature and signal it (no voltage/a contact) as temperature detection. 3. By setting the temperature detection sensor to the abnormal temperature of the equipment, it can detect abnormal temperatures. In other words, by installing temperature detection sensors on various industrial and equipment devices, it can detect abnormal temperatures that may lead to equipment damage or fire. Set the abnormal temperature to the set temperature (80°C). 5. For example, when installed on various industrial and electrical equipment, if abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs, the temperature detection sensor with a code detects the abnormal temperature and alerts through an alarm or similar device. 6. In this way, abnormal temperatures of various industrial and electrical equipment can be continuously monitored on a daily basis, allowing for early detection and preventing equipment damage or fire through initial response. Maintenance management is reliable and safe.

This device is a "battery alarm system" that allows for easy monitoring and alarming of abnormal temperatures in batteries by attaching a temperature sensing wire to the battery and connecting it to a small alarm panel. The temperature sensing wire is structured by combining numerous shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (70°C), the two wires short-circuit to generate a temperature sensing signal. Installation is completed simply by extending the wire, and it employs eco-technology with zero standby power for the switching function, making it easy for anyone to use.
