New product for detecting abnormal temperatures in electrical equipment of solar power generation systems / temperature detection sensor for power generation.
■Overview of Temperature Detection Sensors for Power Generation 1. This is a product with a temperature detection sensor connected to a code. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor integrates a shape memory alloy with a wire, utilizing the softening of the wire and the restoration of the shape memory alloy to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wire cores, thereby detecting the maximum allowable temperature and generating a signal. The set temperature corresponds to the maximum allowable temperature of the wire (70°C). 3. The maximum allowable temperature is the temperature at which the insulation resistance of the wire's insulation material rapidly deteriorates. Therefore, detecting the maximum allowable temperature indicates the detection of abnormal temperatures in the wire. 4. It is installed on the wires of the power supply circuit, battery power supply circuit, and load power supply circuit to detect abnormal temperatures in the wires. 5. It is installed on the outer walls of control devices and load devices to detect abnormal temperatures in the equipment. 6. It is installed on the outer wall of the battery to detect abnormal heat generation (abnormal temperature) of the battery. 7. By continuously monitoring the abnormal temperatures of the wires in each power supply circuit of the solar power generation system, as well as the control devices, load devices, and batteries, and detecting them early, it can prevent damage to solar cells, batteries, control devices, and load devices, as well as accidents caused by fires. 8. In this way, the safety management of the solar power generation system is enhanced, enabling a safe power supply.

Silicon Core Technology today announced an advanced and groundbreaking ultra-high-definition LED display panel technology with a 1.9mm pitch for indoor applications. Such high-definition designs have not been realized until now due to several constraints, including high power loss leading to overheating and the lack of high-integration LED driver ICs. This groundbreaking technology has been made possible by a highly integrated, low-power LED driver IC developed by Silicon Core Technology. This IC can drive up to 128 RGB (red, green, blue) LED pixels, significantly reducing the number of components. Additionally, in fine pitch technology, it employs a "common cathode" RGB LED control method that reduces power loss by up to 30% and resolves overheating issues ahead of others. Other innovative technologies include ghost removal, 16-bit true color, significant reduction of EMI (unwanted radiation), and a maximum scan refresh rate of 16 kHz. Silicon Core Technology is currently applying for patents for its key technologies developed for fine pitch panels in the United States and China.
